سامانه cod24 برای کاربر تحت شرایط ذیل فعال و ارائه خدمات منوط به طی مراحل ذیل می باشد : کاربران با مراجعه به وب سایت https:// cod24.ir نسبت به طی مراحل ثبت نام و درج مشخصات کامل و مطالعه شرایط عمومی و اختصاصی اقدام می نماید. پس از درج مشخصات کامل و شماره تلفن همراه ، پیامکی تحت عنوان کد تایید نام کاربری به شماره تلفن همراه شما ارسال میگردد که با درج آن در کد تایید ، شما میتوانید نسبت به تعریف کاربر و فروشگاه در سامانه اقدام نمایید . برای فعال شدن فروشگاه برای مدت دوره آزمایشی ۱۵ روزه شما می بایستی نسبت به بارگذاری تصویر کارت ملی در محل بوده و اس ام اس تایید برای شما ارسال خواهد گردید . قرارداد فی مابین شرکت مهسان فراز تجارت قومس ( cod24 ) و اشخاص حقیقی و حقوقی متقاضی را از اینجا دریافت و پس از مطالعه به امضا شخص حقیقی متقاضی و نماینده معرفی شده شخص حقوقی رسانده به همراه مدارک مرتبط (حقیقی و حقوقی ) حداکثر ظرف پانزده روز به آدرس شرکت مهسان فراز تجارت قومس به آدرس : سمنان – میدان کوثر، خیابان پست 2، اداره پست انقلاب ارسال تا پنل بمدت یکسال فعال گردد
مدارک :
اشخاص حقیقی : قرارداد امضاء شده توسط شخص حقیقی ( ۲ نسخه ) که در سامانه مشخصات آنها ثبت شده ، کپی کارت ملی ، کپی شناسنامه ، گواهی امضاء از دفاتر اسناد رسمی اشخاص حقوقی : قرارداد امضاء شده توسط نماینده معرفی شده شخص حقوقی ( ۲ نسخه) که در سامانه مشخصات آنها ثبت شده ، کپی کارت ملی نماینده قانونی ، معرفی نامه شخص حقوقی که در آن نماینده قانونی معرفی شده است ، گواهی امضاء از دفاتر اسناد رسمی نکته: در اشخاص حقوقی که مدیر عامل یا صاحبان امضا قرارداد را امضا می نمایند کپی روزنامه رسمی و آخرین تغییرات به همراه مدارک ارسال گردد. یک نسخه از قرارداد پس از امضاء مدیر عامل شرکت مهسان فراز تجارت قومس به آدرس شخص متقاضی عودت خواهد شد . نکته : پنل کاربری تنها بمدت دو هفته از زمان ثبت نام بصورت آزمایشی فعال خواهد بود و در صورت ارسال مدارک بصورت دائمی و برای مدت قرارداد تمدید خواهد شد در غیراینصورت پنل غیرفعال میگردد.
